The traditional model was built in an era of limited and slow access to data: we analyzed industry reports, conducted interviews, organized workshops, and prepared static plans for 12–36 months. That worked, but:

  • Decisions were based on historical data (often outdated the moment it was published),

The AI + synthetic data model changes the game: before launching expensive initiatives (market entry, price changes, product pivot), you can run simulations and compare variants. Decisions become faster, more frequent, and better documented.
